All furniture comes with a 5 year limited guarantee. If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: modification, alteration or repair of the enclosed product by anyone other than the Chamikara Engineering Services. This warrantee does not include return transport costs. If you need to use your warrantee please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and you will be given the return address and information. Powder paint is sprayed on to the object and cured inside an Electric Oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Centigrade. Therefore, the Powder Coated items resist heat and do not discolour due to sun rays. Hence the New Look is maintained through-out the usage of the item.
